Roasting by hand gives our coffee the attention to detail and the distinctive flavour that it deserves. We roast in small batches, daily so that the coffee's individual characteristics can shine through. You can choose from roasted coffee or green beans (for those of you who like to roast your own) whole bean or ground coffee and delivery to home, work or as a gift. Whatever works for you.
