Guatemala Familia Ramirez - This washed Bourbon lot, grown at 1,700 meters above sea level from Jacinto Ramirez features the bright, fruity and sweet flavours we love from Huehuetenango.

Colombia Cafe Sofia - These large coffee beans are packed with delicious flavours of caramel, walnut and chocolate and has been likened to banoffee pie! The coffee has a buttery mouthfeel and a sweet, pleasing acidity.

Costa Rica San Rafael - This Tarrazu 'San Rafael' has a delicious hint of chocolate in the aroma.  It has a smooth and soft milk chocolate and vanilla spice plum flavour with subtle stone fruit acidity and nutty aftertaste.

Brazil Fazenda Miaki - This delightful coffee has a smooth body, a light berry acidity with a distinct caramel sweetness and flavours of milk chocolate in the finish.

Peru Pichanaki - This delicious organic Peruvian coffee has sweet caramel notes, a nutty full flavour with a delicate stone fruit acidity.  Grown in the regions of Chanchamayo and Satipo, where producers cultivate Catuai, Catimor, Caturra coffee plants and other varieties between 1,100 and 1,700 meters above sea level.
