We will endeavour to represent our products as best as we can on the website with the use of descriptions, tasting notes and photographs.  We cannot guarantee that flavours and descriptions of coffees and teas will be interpreted the same way by everyone as taste is such a personal thing.  We offer these descriptions as our opinion and as a guide only.  We are always interested to get feedback and there is an opportunity to review our products.

We use Perkville for our loyalty scheme.  You will earn points with every purchase of coffee you make on our site.

Earning Points

For joining our rewards program you will earn 20 points

For each £1 spent, you will earn 1 point

For each tweet, you will earn 1 point

For each referral, you will earn 20 points

Redeeming Points

For 150 points you will get £6.00 off
For 200 points you will get £10.00 off
For 400 points you will get £25.00 off

When you redeem your points, you will get a discount code to apply in the checkout .  It can take time for your Perk code to be activated on the website, please allow up to 48 hours.

Returns & Refunds

You have a right to cancel your order within seven days of ordering or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is longer).If you cancel your order, you will have your payment returned. This does not apply to coffee that has been roasted or ground to your requirements.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food and gift cards are not eligible. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are posting an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
